About AlumnIQ
Education was our gateway to a good life and we want to make sure as many people as possible have that same opportunity.
We help you gather people + potential so you have the power to do more.
History
AlumnIQ was founded in 2004 out of nothing more than a desire to build better systems for alumni engagement and operations - and an underappreciation for how complex the work would be.
The more we immersed ourselves in the world of higher education advancement the more we learned and the more we built. Integration with campus systems, understanding the role of information in both fundraising and volunteer management, and (the fun part) rolling up our sleeves to help pull off one reunion after another has been enlightening for us as people and practitioners.
By adhering tightly to the education space - principally higher education, but with new customers from private secondary schools - we are able to deliver systems that speak your language, help you do the work more efficiently, and enable human connections within and beyond your institional walls. It's incredible to see people using our software to move tens of thousands of people and generate millions of dollars in gifts - and a great incentive to keep finding ways to do it better.
We Show Up
My parents instilled in me the importance of showing up. Family needs you? Drop everything and show up. Friend needs help? Show up. Neighbor needs a hand? Show up. We build trust and shared experience every time we show up for each other.
The AlumnIQ team has embraced that ethos.
We travel - a lot - in the spring and fall for major university events so we can show up for our clients. Sleeves rolled up, smiling and sweating out the stress right alongside our customers and friends. Answers are just a small head-turn away, not hours later in a faceless ticket queue. And you know what?
Mom was right. There's a lot to be said for sharing the work and sharing in the joy of accomplishment together.
We're invested in your success and we're happy to prove it, especially when you need it the most.

Event Associates
We enlist the help of people we love to go onsite with us during our spring reunion and fall homecoming seasons. Their attitude toward work and understanding of what constituent engagement means is a huge asset to our customers.
